Annual Charity Golf Outing Brings Three-Year Giving Total to $16,410
Giving back to the communities we serve has always been an important part of who we are at Allerdice Ace Hardware & Building Supply.
On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, the Allerdice team proudly presented a $5,850 donation to Kelly’s Angels at our Malta Allerdice Ace Hardware location. The donation represents 100% of the raffle proceeds from the 2026 Allerdice Building Supply Annual Charity Golf Outing, held July 30 at Mohawk River Country Club.
With this year’s contribution, Allerdice has now donated $16,410 to Kelly’s Angels over the past three years.
Turning a Day of Golf Into Support for Local Families
Each year, the Allerdice Building Supply Charity Golf Outing brings together customers, vendors, employees and community partners for a day of golf, camaraderie and giving back.
The generosity of everyone who participated in this year’s outing helped raise $5,850 for Kelly’s Angels.

Supporting the Mission of Kelly’s Angels
Founded by longtime WNYT NewsChannel 13 journalist Mark Mulholland in memory of his late wife, Kelly, Kelly’s Angels supports Capital Region children and families who have experienced the loss of a parent or sibling to cancer or another illness.
Among the organization’s programs are its signature Fun Grants, which provide families with opportunities to enjoy special experiences and create new memories together. Kelly’s Angels also supports local students and families through scholarships and other programs.
The mission has made Kelly’s Angels an organization Allerdice is proud to support year after year.
“Allerdice’s annual golf outing is a tradition that allows us to give back in a meaningful way,” said Don Cox, Outside Sales Associate for Allerdice Building Supply. “We are proud that the continued support of our customers, vendors and golf outing participants has allowed us to contribute more than $16,000 to Kelly’s Angels over the past three years and help support the important work they are doing for local families.”
